Our vision is to provide sustainable, eco-friendly clothing options that deny the stigma of fast fashion. We do it through the expertise of our employees and sustainable products we receive from numerous partnered clothing lines, we are able to provide quality clothing for our customers. One of the partners we collaborate with is Hecho X Nosotros, https://www.hechoxnosotros.org/.

This organization is a non-profit NGO with consultative status in the United Nations that promotes sustainability in the fashion industry. They partner up with clothing brands to create strategies to transform and upgrade their organizations together in a way that is best for the community, stakeholders, and objectives. One program that they offer is called “Arts and Crafts. Fabric the Change,” in which they offer workshops for local artisans in order to preserve ancestral knowledge in textiles and working with natural materials. This is for women who feel left out of the clothing industry. Our clothing line provides a variety of options for all shapes and sizes in order to promote women’s inclusion in various styles. Due to the support in our community, this clothing line also donates 10% of our proceeds to the Fashion School for Young Women in our community that this company was based on. In the description, out of the $10,000 goal we hope to donate $1,000. We value confidence, self-expression, and the power we see in our female fashion society, and we want to be a part of that influential movement. Our company desire that more women gain confidence in themselves and not feel excluded from the fashion society. As a company, we will do this by hopefully influencing others to spread this change by going international in the future. The conflict that is evident in today’s society is that not all women are being included in all types of fashion, and we strive to change the social norm to look a certain way. Everyone is beautiful in their own unique way, no matter what background a person comes from, that’s the message we want to spread. It’s your way to express.

The value our company pursues in the workplace is being aware of each other's opinions on creative ideas. Not only that but also we respecting each other, and having constant communication with inclusion in ideas and beliefs with all of our employees. Another value that we hold true to our customers and products is having diverse options in clothing and shifting that beauty standard away and emphasizing more self-love. In addition, we emphasize the importance of the environment and how we as humans have an effect on nature even through the clothing we buy.
